Schedule of Events |
As Of August
16, 2007 |
We have more surprises in the works and will announce them as we can! We want to insure that everyone has a great experience. Many of the exhibits and demonstrations are listed with more details on the where's, what's and how's of our celebration. Check the FMI link next to the event for that info. Separate printable pages for each day's schedule are available for download at the bottom of this page, so you can print them to bring with you. A map of the event sites is also pictured and available for printing. The location of an event is noted with the RED letters, A,B,C,or D, which correspond with the sites on the map below. The village is so small, that once there all sites are easily within walking (and pointing) distance, but having a schedule and map will make sure you get to where you want to be! Please Note:There is very little room for cars and many people are working at the event. It will be important to check on our maps page, where we will have info on how to get into the village and the various events. We have a very small area in the village to work with and will have to keep emergency access open for critical public safety personnel and their vehicles. So, we will need your help to avoid congestion in the village area. We have info on parking locations short distances from the village with free shuttle buses to get you into the village and as the lots become available or filled, you will be guided to the next most convenient parking location. This will take much co-operation to pull off comfortably, so please check our maps page for info on how we can all help make it work! |
