The State Of Maine Department of Conservation, Division of Parks and Recreation, Popham. Beach State Park

We thank Brian Murray and the director and staff of the Maine Department of Conservation who have allowed this event to take place through their committment to the celebration by offering up to the people of the State of Maine their resources and support for the event.

Brian Murray, Park Ranger of the Popham Beach State Park complex has been working hard to allow us to make use of the grounds and facilities of the park, forts and parking lots and all the nearby State properties on which to stage much of this event. The Popham Complex includes the Beach Park, Fort Popham and the grounds at the Fort Baldwin site which cover much of the site of original Popham Colony, all of which will be used during the event.

Without Brian's hard work as the Park's Ranger and as our liason to the Department of Conservation (with much to be provided at the time of the events) there simply would be no Popham 400th celebration.
